Hanley, Hassett & Fitzsimmons, LLC was formed in April of 2002 by it's founding members, Michael F. Hanley, George Hassett and Brian P. Fitzsimmons.  All of the founders were longstanding members of the firm of Johnson, Hassett and Hanley, PC in association with J. Albert Johnson who is of counsel to Hanley, Hassett & Fitzsimmons.
